French lyric tenor Charles-Isaac Denys is a prize-winner of several major international competitions, including the Enrico Caruso, Ruggero Leoncavallo, and Mattia Battistini (Yolanda Magnoni Special Prize) competitions. A graduate of the Conservatorio Santa Cecilia in Rome under Michela Sburlati, he is recognized for his luminous, solar timbre and commanding stage presence that captivate audiences and critics alike.

His operatic repertoire includes cornerstone roles such as Rodolfo (La Bohème) and Faust (Faust), demonstrating both lyrical sensitivity and dramatic flair. The 2024–2025 season features his debut as Don José (Carmen) on tour in Italy, as well as the world premiere of Meacci’s Cleopatra in the role of Marco-Antonio at Teatro Palladium in Rome. On the concert stage, he performs regularly as a soloist in major works, notably Puccini’s Messa di Gloria and Mozart’s Requiem, and appears with leading orchestras and ensembles.
